michigan road trip

since our family seems to be inseparable, boobs and i spending july in michigan meant the boys were too! ohh yes! duma rode in the car like a champion secretly cherishing his cuddling time with hero compromising his comfort for doggie closeness just to be near his hero! bobby and i were constantly turning around to check out the backseat cuteness going, "ohh! look now! look now!" as the boys circled up into new spooning positions. i think the drive, the cottage, the summer living brought out a new bonding closeness in everyone. we seriously piled up on top of one another every night. those incredible moments when everyone is resting so sweetly you just can't budge no matter how glorious it is outside. the love flame grew with all the newness, relaxing, eating, and Qt. how delicious not to work and just have love time. how incredible to feel the way love just magnifies & multiplies when everyone is feeling it.

here i thought it was crazy to bring a cat in a car. i had no idea how duma would react to a new place. but bob could not be parted from duma and so to have my summer trip, i had my first kitty-doggie road trip. i didn't anticipate it would give my eyes to watch love grow. but, the summer theme has been to be surprised by love....love growing in unexpected ways.
